When I worked in Telecom we had of course some nifty headsets with a WONDERFUL mute button... the customer would never know you even left.

my last job was at a telecomm distribution company and I would always eat on the phone... but then again 90% of my customer base was in Colorado and I had met a lot of them in person.

 

If you want I can send you my resume later... a professional made this resume and it's a pretty good all around resume.

It really wasn't bad b/c almost all of my customers were grunts. They were the ones pulling on the cat5/e/6, fiber, splices... etc so they didn't care one bit. All they cared about was that I got their order taken care of and shipped to them on time.
