what happens when a squid trys to drag race a gsxr1000 in a parking lot


he hit middle of 3rd gear in a parking lot that is less then 500 yds. long locked up the brakes slid into curb and flew another 50+ yds. into a lake

I had to jump in and pull him to shore and brace his neck til paramedics arrived, looks like hes gonna be ok broken femur and messed up wrist but no internal bleeding or head trauma

 

FYI the back half of the bike seen in the first couple picks had to be fished out of the middle of the lake!!!!!

sorry you had to deal with that... sheeeeesh ... glad he's going to be ok ... i feel his pain in a broken femur... wont be fun for a while for him as femur takes a year to recover with a metal rod, and then another year when it's removed...
you should become CPR certified wouldn't hurt

I was certified for a long time, thought about even becoming a paramedic, but then just never continued it, I should go through the coursework again!! its always good to be on scene with knowledge the paramedics on response were very happy just to get a description, help and vitals!!
