thank you to our freakin media to have us relive 9/11 again...like i really needed to see ppl jumping out of the towers again....F&CK!
i kno it's a day for remembrance but to run that footage all day...c'mon.

 

We as Americans need to see that **** every day to remind us of what these horrible and evil people want to do to all of us just because of who we are and where we were born. Yes, that day was terrible and tragic, but in just short few years, we've become complacent and numb to it, just like we do everything else. It's gonna take another massive attack before we really get our act together.
That's just my , though.

 

have to say that i agree with red on that one.. sure our media is stupid and definately maximize the drama of it all.. however, we have to make known that we love our country and by remembering what we went through --because its still in the current events with the war still going on--we cant loose sight of it. If people dont want to be reminded, they can just take a day of lent or something and not watch tv...

 

oh, and if our media DIDNT take a day to remember it, we would complain that this country doesnt care enough... so we are pretty much damned if we do and damned if we dont... just have to take it as its worth

No one's dissing her. We're just putting in our 2 cents. Not one harsh word was spoken. We're civil in here (pretty much).

 

My girl is right that **** is So sad!!!! I was home all day and watch that stuff all day long. It felt like it just happend... To be reminded is ok .. But the TV people are just making billions off all the ratings
on top of that their stuffing it down our throuts all day long!!~!!

yeah...the females are great here...rj is a lil protective over me as i am him...we're siblings,even tho we beat the living sh*t out of each other as kids...we still stick tight together....i understand the media having to show the footage...it was just too much for me to watch,i started crying...i guess it's important for us to feel the pain and sorrow of that day...god will sort 'em out...rj...thanks for the dancing superheroes bday wish,kris...we came home from the bahamas on sept.10th...remember,came home off vaykay only to wake up the next day and see that day on tv...dayum....hopefully you'll be here in a few hours.love ya guys.

 

Most of the girls on here are very nice and helpful!! Some are BW's, but not many. Most of us are riders ourselves, and involved with stunters in one way or another (I'm married to one). So it's a good fourm for us, too!

And on the other subject:
Oh, I'll admit that I cried a bit this year on Sept 11th, also. I do every year. It's just so sad that you can't help it.
But like I said above, most people have grown so accustomed to it now, that is doesn't have the same effect that it did that day. And the bad guys are planning right now how to attack us again, probably bigger and badder. And it'll be just as sad when it happens as Sept. 11th was when it happened.
