Angry Problem With No Time To Spare

What up people...my brother is trying to get his bike started but it ain't happenin . I know its hard for you guys to say what it is without seeing the bike but that's all we got for know . We're leaving for Laconia tomorrow and there isn't a bike shop anywhere that will take it today . The bike is a 99 GSX-R 750

Ok...here's the problem :
The bike turns...has fire to the plugs...but doesn't start up . And when we do try to start it up and then check the plugs they have full of gas on them . What can we look at or check that may help us find the problem ?
Thanx alot for your help guys

air filter james dont be stupid!
clean the plugs make sure they are dry.
put a battery charger on the bike then turn it over a weak battery will cause the bike to flood.shoot (lil bit) of carbe cleaner in when turning over (dont get carried away with the carb cleaner)an presto your up an running.
