Is my Bike good for stunting??

Whats up doodz and ladies,

I have a 2001 ZX6r (candy lightning blue), and i was just wondering if this bike is good for stunting at all. Its still fairly new, only has about 5,000 miles on it. I can wheelie the bike in first, but still not that great. Im trying to get down the 2nd gear wheelies, but just cant seem to do it. I know its my tenique, but im trying. My question is just that, is this bike good for wheelies and stuff, even though its heavy as $hit!! I also have one tooth down in the front. Im from somerville MA, so if anyone wants to ride this spring and summer let me know.

Your bike is fine for stunting. Wheelie'n is just a matter of technique. I can pull my 97' Gix 600 in 1-2-3-4 standing no problem, just takes time. Just take things slow and you'll do fine.

...is also THE BEST ENDO bike thanks to the 6 pod grabbers on the front of yo piece...

...carberation makes for smooth throttle response, good for riding 12's, sucks for dragging 12's.

def plenty of bike for the stunt scene

basically anybike is stuntable...it's all technique and knowing the bike.
Even though I don't pull stunts, mine will get up there no problem and balances nicely. Stoppies are nice, smooth and straight.
Invest in a steering dampner and you'll be all set. I am perfectly content with my Zx
check it out if you have a chance..

it's all in rider prefence!
good luck and maybe we'll ride soon

Come on you guys! NO BIKE is good for stunting! They will work, but GOOD for stunting?

Well at least not ones bought off of a showroom

Bluzx6r....You're good. I have seen guys stunt just about anything you can think of.

My little bro was stunting a bike that people told him couldn't be done. He did, and did it well!

It is all about how well you know what machine you are riding. Keep the rubber down and good luck!
