High chair riding without wheelie, rolling burnout....2 things... quit bunching your reading together....
hey bikerboy, since you did a burnout shouldn't you have only got a ticket for excessive acceleration? I mean when cars get pulled over for doing burn outs that is what they get. Where are the COPS when you need them?

crazy J is right...private property means they can only give you a trespassing ticket...i dont care if you bust circles around teh cop himself...they cant do ANYTHING IF it is private property.

as for the reckless endangerment: do s ome interenet surfing and find out the laws and what the fines are for that and what you have to do to qualify for that....chances are you have to be endangering the public-so you have a good case if you need one. but read what i said above, again....ftp...or most of them anyways!! lol

Re: for COPS here or those that may know....

You need to talk to the prosecuting attorney. That is the guy that will be able to work you a deal. Just go to the court house or ask the police chief how to get ahold of the Prosecuting attorney. That is how I got ot of my tickets. Just be really presentable when you go there.

Ahhhhh contrar.....
As crazy as this sounds, police can write us "Reckless driving" tickets on private property in the great(lol) state of Oklahoma. They also can write us Trespassing tickets as well if they want.
