You "warm year around" guys don't know how good you got it.

In the winter (like now) I go to the gym every night, after I put my wife and kids to bed. I'm there for about an hour, doing cardio and strength training. I make it at least 6 days a week.

When it starts getting warm out, and I get the bike back out, yeah, it still makes me sore to ride and bang out stunts for hours at a time. I'm not naturally limber, so you guys that have that on lock are gifted to.

You are correct in saying "let the bike do the work... relax..."

Easy to say if you are an off da chain stunna, for me, I'll just be an on the chain sore guy...

It just takes time.. If you haven't stunted in a while, its like working out for the first time in a long time. I took 3 months off and now that I'm riding again I have no stamina at all

its like anything you do
you are putting lots of effort into your tricks and riding
once you become 1 with the bike you wont have to fight it as much and it wont be as tiring
lots of people think and try to muscle their bikes instead of going with the flow........the bike owns you

I have been trying a little stunting here and there and noticed you need alot of body strength. Especially upper body for high chairs and all that.

What do you do to keep that strength?

Don't confuse fat with being out of condition. You can be heavy but be brutely strong, I know some big boys that wouldn't last 5 minutes out stuntin. It's a combination of condition and skillz... mostly skillz though, cause I'm in "condition" but still get sore from doin a lot of stuntin...
