Are you fit?

I have been trying a little stunting here and there and noticed you need alot of body strength. Especially upper body for high chairs and all that.

What do you do to keep that strength?

ride & go to the gym. Riding kicks ur *** sometimes more than 1 hour @ the gym.

I guess i could fall in this class and i dont have a problem with strength. i think you have to ride a lot to build up some strength. cause i noticed that if you dont ride a lot you get wore out quicker

i dont work out for ****. i was an athelete all my life but i havent worked out in over 2 years & i dont get that tired riding. you just need to relax more

well im fit as hell football lifting wrestling and track i would hope im in shape and ive never had a problem

I beat off regularly. I find that it really helps out with endurance.

yes , let the bike do its job. You got to stay loose and try to be fluent in your movements.
