I have a similar setup on mine. It works pretty good. I havent scraped on the tank yet but has brought me down from sit downs and stand ups fine. It doesnt have enough power to lock up the tire but its better than nothing. My boy dave is close to scraping on the tank using the same type of setup.

 

yo mc gyver is a bitch to me, he might be able to use a chewing gum wrapper to fix a blown fuse but $30 for a handbrake no way!!
