Fork Set up

I'm replacing the front fork seals in my bike this week. What is the best set up for doing stoppies? Oil weight, pre-load, and rebound settings.

find a gmd, they can take care of everything for you... my 929 was done by them, the front forks were rebuilt and optomized, i dunno what all they did to the front, but i believe they did everything! its sick! then it was set up for my weight... its a great stoppie bike...
