i wanna do dirtbars, and i wanna do it clean.....anyone ever try putting a 650r triple on a 636?? ive heard of putting 636 fronts on a 650 r but never the other way around.....i did just order a drilled out 636 triple i found for cheap and i may use that but i was jw...also what kind of risers do u guys use? can i just find sum old dirtbike risers of ebay n rig em to work? im scared the holes drilled will be to big? any help is apreciated thanks!!

 

not really sure, the bikes ive bought always had them one. but i know i switch out the risers on my bike and drilling extra holes in the triple hasnt compromised the strength at all. so thats all i got for ya, im sure theres others who have better input for ya

 

the top triple on the 03 04 636 have 50 mm holes for the inverted forks, arent the 650 r forks conventional and alot smaller ?

what front brake lines do u guys use? would goodridge stainless be good for db bar swap?

i say HEL brake lines and HOHEY does make some nice *** triples for running dirt bars.
