headlights

trying to set up my bike to look stock so i am wondering how to set up my lights to turn them off while the bike is running. any hints

Dont you want them on while the bike is running? Are you saying you want to be able to turn them off in the lot?

take your low beam harness connector off, then take highbeam off and put it on lowbeam light. leave low beam connector dangling. Now when you flip the stock switch to low beam nothing will be on, flip to high beam and your highbeam will now be your low beam and turn on.

easy peezy

or run an inline switch on the hot wire of the low beam and stick it some where so you can turn it off in the lots and then when it is on it will act like normal.

motos right easiest way i have 2 switches for headlights and taillight just in case the jakes find the need to try and follow me!!

your better to put the switch on the ground side so it doesnt burn up from the power,

i had a toggle switch on all of my lights that way when i saw piggy's i flipped the switch and went with it....it made all lghts including brakes to turn off!!!!! stealth mode!!!!!!
