Be careful buying that without a title, it could still have a lein on it, which is why they may not have the title. When there is a lein on any type of vehicle, the bank holds the title until the loan is paid in full. So if I were you, I would find out somehow or another if it has any leins on it. If it does, then you're screwed!

 

no i think you might have wrote the numbers wrong, or if the bike was never registered in FL it might not show up on the florida dmv. i am not sure how that works. find out were the bike was last registered and you should be able to google that states dmv and they will have a free vin check system.
