Wanted some opinions on what my gearing should be on an 07 gsxr 6 for someone whos just learning to catch idle with an 1 down 8 up. I see most recreational stunters rockin like 60t. Is this good for the lots?

 

it all goes to personal preferance, 60t is a lot but if its only gonna see the lots then its cool, but i dont think you really need that much especially if your gonna stay 1 down in the front, with a set up like that you could clutch up 4th gear from a dead stop

 

-1 +7 is PERFECT for everything. the bike has enough power as it is absolutely no need for 60,

 

i like a 90t and 1 down in the front ... just enough power

 

man if its lot only **** it go 60 it only makes things funner lol...if your gonna get it on the street stay at what your at -1 +7 is plenty for the lots and the street.

 

sprocket is so big jus ride on that who needs tires

 

stock front and +2 rear FTW

what are you running to brace that sub-frame i got a 06 750 with a racing 905 cage just trying to figure out the sub-frame issue thanks

im runin a 14 in front and a 45 rear i dont find it very good in the lots i got a 15 and a 60 tooth il be putin on soon il let ya know how it works out

 

15 60 is nice on that 636 lol i like my setup
