+1 chop saw will make perfect cut, if you have a friend with one to borrow that is..
Metal blades are about $15 at lowes/homedepot, and will last you a long *** time

ya,def. turned out good...i hate to be the bear of bad news tho...when you cut em that short you lose backpressure and that translates into low end power loss/less strong idle/more engine brake...i went from my FMF(which is about 3" longer than yours by the looks)to a 18" long can with a removeable baffle and my bike has WAY more idle/less engine brake/more low end and overall WAY more power

I came from a bog hog f4i and never really rode this thing it will still feel good
I still have the stocker im cutting down to so if so ill swap um at the lot haha
