Well im pretty much getting my answers here so far. So at this point Im going consider 2 more spots in our town off limits for us. Good times.

ok, what I want to know is........ its ok to ride a bicycle down the road or ride wheelies on a bicycle... but as soon as it has a motor, now that makes it illegal? where is THAT loop hole in the law? If it has something to do with the bikes being produced to be ridden on the road and registered.... I guess we need to start building custom frames with no serial numbers that were never intended to be on the street and i want to know where the law states that you cant do wheelies on private property.

 

I had the same thing happen to me, 4 cops kicked it and watched, then 30 min later 1 cop pulls in and arrests me for reckless driving, tows my bike even though my truck and trailer were right there! When I showed up to the police station the next day with my video camera to show the footage of it all I was forcefully led out of the station and told to pretty much **** off they don't care. I did get a letter a week later stating all charges were dropped but it still cost me $400 to bail out and get my bike outta impound. You're wasting your time.

 

well,your not allowed to ride wheelies on bikes ether..nor can u go as fast..i had a cop say **** to me for doing a wheelie on a bicycle..

I hate the 30 minute rotation of good cop/bad cop that shows up. That **** just drives me nuts. So its cool one minute & the next your breaking the law

After going in circles for 25min... With what seemed like every cop in the state of TN chasing me, (on a bike that was -2 +14) In a town Ive never been to, I ended up rolling a 200ft endo into a 7 car roadblock. I Got the **** kicked out of me and They locked a can of pepperspray to the "on position" & stuck it inside my helmet. Then after drinking like a gallon of milk to stop the vomiting and getting cleaned up at the jail, I proceeded to tell them I was a rockstar and they let me play on their office computer & on stuntlife until I made bail. Never even went to a holding cell! DEAD SERIOUS... ask *****

 

Thats pretty cool considering....

 

I was the best thing to happen to that town since...
