Here's the lot of perch caps. Scary thing just happened while I was there.....a circuit board on the CNC machine he was using burned up. He has other CNC's, so I'm not too worried. But ****.....I just want to get this order in my hands!! Got my fingers crossed.....he says he's gonna pull an all nighter gettin things finished up....I sure hope everything goes smooth from here on out!

When they all get tested out and tried and true, holla at me I got an idea for the perches that hasn't been seen yet. More usefull to you than me...

 

can i get one without a bushing lol i wanna put a ball bearing in mine for longevity and smooth as butter operation

Sooo.....he pulled an all-nighter, but still couldn't complete the order. He FINISHED everything except the perches. He is working on finishing one perch for me to be able to test this bad-boy this weekend... I should still be pretty much on schedule still.....I just won't have these available at the Modesto show tomorrow. They should, however still be shipping out this next week, pending my review.

Here's the finished lever, adjuster, and perch cap......all super beefy units. The perch is looking to be indestructable, also.

It'll come with it......you can replace it if you want. I don't think it'll be MUCH difference. We're actually doing a brass bushing, now.
