X-Games 2010
Re: X-Games 2010
Honestly I don't wanna put a number out there... Don't want to disappoint anyone... When it gets to the final stages, I might set a date... Definitely gotta have a grand opening with everyone out here!! I'm thinkin we'll hold a little comp with some cheap but cool prizes....

Take a look at your future Stunt Park.........

It'll all be leveled out, But this is the spot that we are trying to get the loan for.... Its within regulation for noise, its 5 acres.. Plenty for parking, stunting, and maybe some bleachers! LoL
Just was out there with my investors and took a couple quick shots with my phone....
Little teaser for ya.....

. Like I probably mentioned earlier in this thread, the cost to hook it all up is gonna be HUGE. But forgetting about that since you have investors with deep pockets, it will not bring in enough money to be profitable EVER IMO. Most stunters are broke. Being broke, what would they rather do with their money? They'd rather use it for booze, blunts, bitches and bike parts. Especially when they have spots to ride for free - pretty much any parking lot out there. I know that with your stunt park you wont have to worry about the cops and tickets and all that **** but I dont see too many people paying $10 or $20 a day to ride. And if you decide to do it as a monthly thing charging lets say $100 per person to ride, I think you'll run into the same problems that people would rather spend that $100 on other **** but more importantly, at $100 a head youre gonna need A LOT of people committed to that amount to turn a profit on a monthly basis. Again just my opinion on why I dont see it happening but I do wish you the best with your project and hope you prove us all wrong.
Re: X-Games 2010
I was thinking more outside the box when I first came up with this idea... this lot could be used for ALOT of things other than stunting.... I plan on having enough room to rent it out for car shows and other kinds of events...... I was also thinking about maybe a stunt school....? Just different means of income besides just people riding.... Anyways, You have to think about it this way, Im (They) aren't leasing or renting this property, We (They) Are BUYING it... So it may take a while to pay the property off, but these guys have a grip of money, I don't think they are worried about it.... So then, the only expenses we will have is insurance and maybe the cost of repairs to the cement if it gets fucked up in any way..... Oh and electricity cause I plan on having lights outside, but that ain't ****..... Anyways, I see where people's opinions come from and its hard to imagine it happening, but I am going to try my damnedest to make it work.....

Re: X-Games 2010
if you even been to a minor league baseball field you will notice all the different sponsers ads on the out field wall... if you got companys like pepsi, sobe, geico, ect, whoever to get intersted in supporting something like this, sell advertisment as much as possible. get a casino on board that wants to support the first ever stunt spot. i think if some of that worked out it could help recoop some of the cost.
