I think someone else said that really your gonna make the money probably on sellng the space to events and advertising slots. If its close to a main road. call Lamar and talk about selling the rights to space so that they could put up a billboard.

Also, I dont think the riding itself would be the money maker so my ideas ont his subject are:
1)If you got local guys you can buy a steel building and set it up and sell storage space at the spot. Biggest pain in the *** is getting loaded up and heading to the spot, this way they can ride up in whatever whip they want and bikes there ready for a beating.
2)Buy some old trailers that need a lil work. Set them up as "cabins" and sell it as a weekend stunt getaway.
3)Call buffalo rock or a vending company like that and have them setup machines. Alot of the times they will come out and give you 10% of their earnings.
4)Have a "pro" shop. You know like when you go golfing? You need *****. Well sell fluids zipties clutch perches, simple ****. Maybe even invest in a 500gal gas tank(usually if u buy more than 300gals the delivery is free) and sell gas thru a manual pump(they are cheap). Just so people never have to leave.

The more conviences that are their, the more people will be drawn to paying 10-20 to get in and ride. One stop shops are were its at in any business. Cut out all the bull and provide as much as you can. But those are just my thoughts.

Re: X-Games 2010

frayz i was just getting on the mention some of those same things. some storage garages that people that come from out of town or state could rent and secure their bikes and gear. and the pro shop would probably keep cash flow coming in.

another idea would to be to have a dope *** auction to raise money once or twice a year. Get companys to donate gear, parts, maybe a pros old stunt bike (kane has a few and is from vegas)

damn i can picture it now. and like its been said will it be easy? no. will it be EPIC? hell ya. have people tried it before and failed? yea
just got to "go the distance"
i don't know why Field of Dreams is stuck in my head thinking about this but everybody thought ray was crazy for cutting down corn to build a baseball field. things worked out though. (and i know its a movie, but there really is a baseball field in a corn field in the middle of no where

I appreciate your input guys!! VERY good ideas!! I gotta pretty much start over on what my plan is for this thing now.... It would be alot more expensive, but I think that having a storage and a little shop would make it that much better.... Even to have a full blown parts/accessories store built right on the lot to pay for the expenses and make profit just off that.... Hmmm This might get silly!!!! I gotta make some phone calls!!
