Re: New 0 Degree Clip-Ons with Risers!!!

I'm interested. Currently I have an 03/04 636 with a hohey upper triple an FI 0 degree bars. I'd like to maintain that current feel on my new street bike, but I can't decide on what rise to go with to maintain that. 0.5 inch? But then I'm also interested in seeing what a higher rise feels like

If that's the case I would go with either the .5" rise or 1.5" rise; By having the HoHey Triple you can already run the bars on top obviously so you will get direct rise over the 0" the FI ones give you. If worst comes to worse and you want higher rise you can always get different riser plates alone and swap them out. I think 2.5" and 2.5" might be too high when on top of the HoHey Triple.

These would go on a new bike with a stock upper triple.

Sorry I misunderstood; If they are going under a stock triple I'd say go 3.5" rise and you can always lower them down the fork tubes to get less rise. That's what is so nice about these; adjustability is easy so you can fine tune to your preference.

Re: New 0 Degree Clip-Ons with Risers!!!

Is anybody worried about putting so much pressure on the 2 little screws holding on the risers? Seems like the leverage from the risers would put a lot of strain directly on those 2 screws

In addition to those 2 bolts there is a groove to secure the risers. I put all of my weight on one and jumped around on it too with no signs of bending/moving.

Why wouldn't you be able to use them? They should work fine.

Thanks! I am getting a large order on Monday and should have enough sets to cover everyone's orders. If any are not covered I will have the sets drop-shipped right to your door.

due to the way they mount,,like the pinch bolts might hit the inder part of the triple...

Next week I can try to fit them up on a customer's '07 ZX6R with a HoHey Triple and I will let you know. I don't think it will be an issue, but I can't say 100% for sure since I haven't had any HoHey setups installed yet.

cool man thanks cause i could use alil bit more height...like if i could raise my clips up a inch that would be dope...so im thinking the 5 degree ones swaped so they are angled up would be hot...
