general quideline that people at Vortex told me and seems to work for me and have tired the formula multiple times.
Front sprocket up or down 1 tooth = no chain length change
Rear Sprocket up or down= add or subtract one chain link per every sprocket tooth added or subtracted
therefore...you have a K6 gix 600......
stock chain length= 110 links
you want a 60t rear and the stock rear sprocket is 43t.
that is a 17 tooth increase. Add 17 teeth sprocket increase to 110 stock links... = 127 chain links needed
again this is just a guideline.....but seems to work
