Edit: Why don't you think your radiator can be fixed? If they're just small-ish holes, go have them welded.
JB weld on the radiator and 3 bolts is more then enough for a rotor

if it starts to leak again, go to wal-mart and get some stuff called water-weld, works great for patching radiators.
