my dodge neon came with wheel locks, on stock neon rims. the first time i got a flat in it, i put on the spare, and one of my kids lost the key for the wheel locks. ive been to 3 wheel shops and non of them have a key to get it off or wanted to take on th etask of cracking it off. the lug nut holes are recessed so cracking it off isnt an option i guess. so i had to drill out one wheel stud on each wheel just to take the wheels off. then i had to hammer out the old wheel studs and press in new ones. i got both rears done and one of the fronts.

yea mike i have reverse threaded sockets that might be able to get that off, you hammer them on then use impact gun should come rite off let me know if u wana try that out.
