i'm going to ride again this morning. i'm tired from riding all the time, but this old doggie learns slow, then hopefully pick up my 636 later....yeah...that's right...636. now i will have 3 bikes, 1 50 and no car. i need a neon or something small. someone find me a neon!

also i switched to the normal staggered position instead of the wack situp style. it took me a while to adjust, but just like you guys said it worked. Thanks!

unfort, we're going to maryland to pick up the bike and there is a street ride tomorrow in that area. alie's bike needs at least a rear tire, a cam chain tensioner and more than 4 lbs of air pressure.

a neon for a fiddy - funny

 

so my fan fuse is fine when i lift the tank up. when i couldnt find anything wrong i put the tank back into place and started the bike to see if the fan would turn on and it didnt. i checked the fuse and it was blown so i replaced it and now it keeps blowing. so i must have a wire pinched somewhere thats shorting out. we lifted the tank the other day me and smokey to tighten up my cct. so breakfast break and then back to the bike hopefully be able to come make wheelies after that.

 

you dont have any full size dirt bikes to trade?

^^ Took off her front end to straighten everything up.

In the end, we couldn't get the axle to want to slide all the way in. It would make it most of the way, but have 1-2cm left to go, so the wheel wouldn't space properly (the rotors are touching the fork).

I know she bent her front axle before and I had similar problems, but you couldn't really tell it was bent, it was just an absolute nightmare to get on (read: I had to beat it for dear life with a hammer).

This is weird as it goes on pretty easily most of the way, it just absolute won't go the last few cm. No calipers are on, I tried it with triples tight and triples loose. I think it must be her triples and/or forks? This bike has jumped a fence or two in its time

 

man that stinks...so she needs a new set of forks. are u going stocker?

 

Yea, we just want to get another stock front end.
