I was gonna just jump on the wagon but my days of being a test dummy for peoples new products are over. I'm not buying **** until people have used them for a while and post their reviews up

 

I use both brakes when street riding and when taking turns I'm pretty sure I only use my rear brake. Its been a while since I rode streets in general so the information is slippin my mind

 

joejoethepro - miss you buddy (no homo). Yeah I think the front mounts cause less problems than the side mounts do but the side mounts are wack. You have to make sure you're using a radial master and then you can shorten the bars at all coz you have clearance issues. I dunno - the two people that I know from NY who have the side mounts both complained how getting it set up right is a pain in the *** and there's not a lot of room to adjust things how you want it.

 

I wonder if you're really gonna like the F4i after riding the 636 for as long as you did

I havent rode streets at all this year except for a few bs wheelies here and there. But yeah Im trying to concentrate on the lot too so I could be a murderer by the end of this year lol. Okay, if not a murderer then maybe vehicular manslaughterer

i use Iridium spark plugs coz I read a bunch on here about the F4i bog and Nags always says to get rid of the bog to use Iridium plugs and to sync your throttle bodies. I never had to sync my TB's yet but when I swapped plugs last month it took the bog right away knock on wood

 

My front brakes suck so I cant stoppie or do burnouts really. I gotta order new pads and start trying to figure out why they're so weak compared to everyone elses stock setup. Even though my drifts suck, they're soooo much fun and I'd like to start learning stoppies but I know I will hurt myself doing that haha. Its all good though coz I will start practicing them once I get better brakes. I think subconsciously, I'm holding off on getting my brakes right coz I know Ima hurt myself

 

Im in love with the 636 and I dont have one yet I will soon though. If everything falls into place with work like I think it will, then yeah I will have one. Again, knock on wood

 

I hope that fixes the problem with my idle jumping around too. Maybe my throttle cables are binding somewhere? We'll see, gonna get new lpugs on Friday too.

I dont see your throttle cables binding somewhere causing your idle to jump up and down like it's doing. **** like that gotta ask Gil/Eric/Mike/Drew/Etc. I know changing my plugs helped my bog and could possibly help your idle get consistent. Like I mentioned - nags always says use iridium spark plugs and sync your throttle bodies to cure the F4i bog. I think Ima buy the tool to sync the tb's just to have em.

 

Do it and charge people to sync their TB's

I was working on stoppies for like 2 days and that was the first 2 days I had my bike out this season and I havent fucked with them since lol I might try to drift soon who knows I just want to do cirlces all the time now that I can actually do them haha
