i do that about 3 or 4 times then i make a fist kind of tight and rotate my wrists like i was at a rave ..lol
then i stretch my arms and shoulders in the classic ways and thats just the arms and hands , i also stretch my back and my legs but i wont get into that ..lol

my wrists are all fucked up from motocross so i like to pull my fingers back and straighten my arm for like ten seconds at a time and then i pull my fingers down towards my fore arms for the same amount of time then i pull my thumb back the same way and then pull it down toward my forearm ..

well i got 2 bunk arms now. the right one trembles and is in pain after 10 minutes of riding and the left one is just numb now lol
i tried calling a doctor today but that didnt go too well since i just got new insurance and didnt have my card on me
