i looped yesterday and cracked the cage...i was already pissed off about that because they talk so much **** about their cages being top of the line...but anyway, i called him this mornin to let him know what happened and he asked me 2 email him a pic of the crack cage so i did that...he said he cant do nothing til i got him the diameters of the mounts because he changed the cage around the time i ordered mines...so i asked him whats my exact order date and whats my exact ship date and he asked me "why, whats the relevance of this" asking me that seems like he is tryna play me...1. why should i send you measurements if you not even goin to back me up with a new cage...2. how do you not know which cage you sent me...i asked for them dates and the date he made changes to the cage for a reason...so if i dont hear from him tomorrow thats it for me buyin their stuff and tellin other people their products are good...my cage is 2months old and only dropped on that side twice...no reason why it shoulda cracked and the bike didnt even drop hard...

Everybody learning thinks their cage shouldn't have broke and that they didn't hit hard 
Cages break, good thing your bike didn't. Move on and buy a new cage.

Did you make sure it was tight after the first time you dropped it Even if it was its still a 450lb bike slamming on top of it. Its gonna break at some point. Id keep trying to get SI to replace it but if they dont weld it and call it a day. Post that pic that you sent to Ian that shows where its cracked.
