I've never downloaded **** using torrents or pirate bay before but I just started. I downloaded "The Hangover" so I could watch it again. It downloaded as an .mp4 file. I tried burning it to a disc and every time I put it in the DVD player I get a message that says:
When I burn the disc I dont select the whole folder that I downloaded from Pirate Bay - i just select the actual .mp4 file and burn that to a disc. Anyone got any idea why it wont play in my DVD player
Should I be burning the whole folder to the disc instead I wasted 3 DVD's tryna figure this **** out so before trying again I was seeing if I could get some feedback from peoploue who know wassup. Oh InFroLen, I got one more thing to add to that list whenever you could come through here

I wanna be able to put it on a DVD so I can watch it on my TV and not the computer. And I did use Nero. I used two different options in Nero. I used Nero Burning Rom, Nero Express & then selected the "Create a Jukebox DVD" which shows an option for .mp4 files. i know I could watch the **** online but I'd like to start downloading and burning some **** and be able to watch it on my TV rather than the computer. Help me out SS. What am I doing wrong here

yeah i got dvd flick going right now but its takin forever. ill probably see if it worked when i get up in the morning. but when i used nero the 1st 2 times i selected dvd video - the last time i selected that jukebox thing or whatever it was. eh see how this goes. this is where you get all your **** from? pirate bay i mean?

btjunkie is like a big search engine for torents that gathers it from bunch of torrent sites... including pb.

It takes a while to burn a DVD that plays in your DVD player due to the encoding process. I'm not sure what program I have at home to use but Windows Vista had a movie maker included with it. It seems that it is not on Windows 7

i use torrentz.com ... been great to me so far lol ... it gets files from other torrent sites as well ...

Yeah yeah, I don't use that windows one often. Should have mentioned that. I can't remember the name of the one I use. Have to check when I get home from work. The one I normally use has a lot of editing options though and the features you can add make it take up more space on the DVD and take longer to burn. If I'm going to just make a quick and dirty copy to play in my DVD player I will sometimes use the Winblows one.

Neal, just do like me, run a dvi output and audio output to your tv and watch them on it. Way easier than dealing with converting between codecs and burning.

**** a flash drive. With an Xbox or a PS3 as long as they're on the same network you can stream from your computer directly to your console, and play the movies through the xbox/ps3. Flash drive is completely unescessary.
