how do i run an idle screw so that i can access it easily? do you guys recommend vortex clip-ons, or new triple clamp with mounts for dirtbike bars? Any help would be sweet, i only plan on usin this bike for parking lot stuff and maybe the city lol

I did the idle mod from this page it's kinda a pain in the *** but still pretty easy to do and it works great for cheap.

As far a clip on's or DB bars that's all preference I run FI clip on's

buy or steal an idle cable from an 03 to 05 r6 or an older gsxr model 01 to 03 i think and replace the idle screw with the cable. dirtbars are ugly. vortex clip ons flipped are nice.

I took my idle screw off a 05 cbr 600rr and re threaded it with some muscle power and now I'm good to go. I ran db bars for a while but I think the best feel is oem clipons myself

you can slip a peice of rubber hose over the stock idle screw and leave it how ever long you want it, then just turn the hose.

I want to say my buddies used 3/8 fuel line.
