That said - Dave is a straight up dude that loves riding bikes, all bikes. He has alot of good ideas and makes sure that Goons like T-Neck beat the everliving **** out of his parts before making them available to the public. The guy is NOT trying to make a quick buck on the stunting industry - he's fabricating parts that are Necessary to cure common problems that plague riders who choose certain bikes.

I don't even have a cage on my bike right now... cause I don't see the need to drop 2 bills on it when I really don't push it and try tricks that will cause me to crash. However if I had a 05-06 636 or an R6 and needed a subframe - you can bet the family farm that I would have no qualms about handing Dave a stack of paper knowing that quality parts were coming my way.

This is just my opinion. I've known and ridden with DC for nearly 4 years and he's come a long way as a rider and a parts fabricator. I've never met a single person that has a bad thing to say about him.

If you don't like the price - keep buying and breaking stock subframes or just stop Gorilla Scraping your **** like it's 2002 and you're on a Big Body Gixxer.

The 05-06 636 Sub is 90% done then about a week two make the jig and about another week to get the steel and everything to make more. So About 2 WEEKS and you all can start ordering. Got to get them right so it takes time. SOON SOON

I will be off to XDL indy and then as soon as i get back will start the work on the 08 kawi 600.

WHAT BIKE SHOULD I MAKE A SUBFRAME FOR AFTER THAT???????

Re: C4-revolutions Subframe Talk

i got one question about your subs man ok im a metal fabricator by trade, and i know your metal is only as strong as the weakest link ... not lets think about this your frame is alluminum subframe is steal so if you do slam it back, your right you wont break your sub frame but you are more likly to break your frame mount.. have you looked into that at all? not knockin them at all looks like you did a great job i was just wondering is all

well put.......r6 arnt for squids...if your gonna come back hard enough to brake off tabs go back to an f4i with the power band my lil sister could handle, i barley come back on my bar hard and when i do its just enough to crack the shity stock subframe just a lil bit....and once that happens its starts to flex and the crack grows, the other side stress cracks and so on until it breaks..with daves subframe you have that added support to take a good hit without it cracking and going to ****......

i have a f4i and i basically have broken and cracked almost every weld on the subframe... due to improper tightening of the subframe bolts... seems like everytime i ride it the bolts loosen up even with locktite on em... i forgot to tighten them a few times.
