WOW I had no idea that everyone had something to say on my subframes.

Ok first my stuff is made from the best steel out there. This steel is used by the military on all there truck cars and tanks. Think about it I can make the same subframe out of cheap lows steel but what you would have is a subframe the was about 30 lbs and it would still bend and brake. The steel that i use is made so strong that I can get it thener but yet is still strong. But that strong and light dose bring a better price but my subfrme is only 8 lbs. And No I dont use a CNC thes are hand made by me with hand made jigs to help out the stunt world.

I started meking the subframe for me only and after many friends asked for one I started making them.

If you will spend $450.00 on a damper than dont say $450.00 is to high for a subframe that dont brake. In one year dan jackson broke 7 stock subeframes at a ebay $100.00 a peace thats $700.00 not adding shipping and the down time of the bike. He is begging me to make the 05 636 subframe so he will stop braking them.

Guys please keep in mined I am trying to help. I bust my *** everyday all day to help you all. Not make money off you. I have a good job doing the stunt show at Disney. And it pays vary vary will. I could just stop making anything and just live. But No one will step up and put all of there money into making parts to help stunters. LIKE I AM DOING. you dont even want to now what this **** adds up to.

You will see the parts out there look at them then tell me that they are not werth every piny.

I think it would be worth it on the 05-06 636 subframes since they are soo weak. It would probably take me a few weeks but I'd eventually get it for the price.

 

+1 I REINFORCED MINE BUY WEDING A FLAT PLAT TO MAKE THE REAR SECTION SOLID THAN 2 PIECES TURNED ON END TO MAKE IT STRONG.IT HELPED ALOT BUT THE WHOLE SUBFRAME IS WEAK AS HELL

 

I would buy one for sure cause a stock 2005 R6s subframe is about 400 something and for a subframe that cant be broken hell sounds to good to be true!

ive went and paid for 5 subframes this year alone now look at this

5 subframes X $4oo a pop=$ 2000 bucks~~!!!

The R6 subframes are done and being made every day. Found out how to put pics up on this sight.

The 05-06 636 Sub is 90% done then about a week two make the jig and about another week to get the steel and everything to make more. So About 2 WEEKS and you all can start ordering. Got to get them right so it takes time. SOON SOON

I will be off to XDL indy and then as soon as i get back will start the work on the 08 kawi 600.

WHAT BIKE SHOULD I MAKE A SUBFRAME FOR AFTER THAT???????
