636 what da hell?

aight, ive got the 05-06 forks swingarm wheels swap on my 04 636 (like johnnyP)and my idle sucks.cant sit down no handers for **** now.i also cut down my stock exhuast.i just saw starboyz yesterday in windber and the one dude on a 04 636 idle looked so strong and pulled effortlessly.I know that the 05 swingarm and wheel swap could throw off the geometry of the bike but wouldnt it just put the balance point and a different angle?think its the cut down exhuast or any ideas?

Re: 636 what da hell?

putting a 05 swingarm and wheel on a 03-04 636 severly kills the idle. There are sensors in the 03-04 wheels that help control the idle, did you swap them over to the 05 wheels? Thats prolly your problem.

Re: 636 what da hell?

there are no sensors on the rear wheel stupid....
there on the inside of the 03-04 fork tubes, duh.
and make sure your helmet colors match your bike color other wise the idle circuit goes into limp mode and wont let you idle it up
