From the looks of it you can put it just about anywhere. Might have to get a longer cable for it though but i cant see why you cant ziptie it anywhere, even to your subrame somewhere with a long enough clutch cable.

yep!! thats my issue with the new ft system.... the fact i can pull it all the way to the bar while its on the strongest setting scares me.... i only rode it doing circles.... could only imagine how it would feel in a hb coaster or blazing on the highway!!!!

ill stick with my 4 piston ho hey dualy

It's not that simple.... the more you curve the cable the harder it is to pull (just as w/ the regular clutch cable).

It works the best if you have a straight shot to the master. I had the long cable and couldn't find a good place to mount it w/ full fairing.

+1

I like the hohey single piston dual... the new fti offers no increase in strength over the dual oem setup.

I bled it correctly and on the strongest setting it was almost identical to my dual setup in terms of strength.

The cable feel and the funky-ness of hand to foot and vice versa was the killer for me. I love the fact that I have 2 completely seperate functioning rear brakes and not one tied to both.

Compare that to a very nice setup that I have had better luck with for only like $435. Either way, i'm not trying to sway people one way or another...i'm just saying this system is pimp.

the biggest advantage is capatibility. that 6 bill dual cal setup is only for one bike. if you ever decide to change things up with a new ride youll be looking at a fresh dual cal setup as well. not with this piece. resale would be decent too if you ever parted ways. this looks to be a quality hb but im interested in more fb's
