Poles/ wall in the garage still makes more sense than two seperated by a hallway.

that is awsome but im surprised the price per square foot is so high in the wilds of alaska..lol

$170 a square foot is about what the average is here but with out so much land so i guess that is the difference

Anchorage is the 3rd biggest city in the US {by size top 3 all in AK http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_cities_by_area} but we are surrounded my mountains and lakes so land is expensive!!
