cant hardly use the garages or front door on it tho......damn snow is prolly 10' deep up there!

i will give you credit boss man... you got the house crown hands down... **** i would luv and hate to have a 8200 square foot house... my house is 4170 sq ft ...and i thought that was insane.... you must have a **** load of furniture...or a real nice echo in the crib.... i had problems filling up my ****...cause i live alone... again that **** is pimp i give vredit where it is due

no it's a house! it was originally designed with a 6 person hot tube in the master bedroom but not a good idea! unless you want you bed room to smell like clarion {sp} all the time! I do rent out a few rooms in it there were 2 "mother in-law" apartments built in behind the garages the ******* house is expensive as **** to heat in the winter so this helps off set that cost!

I don't know why but in AK most big houses with more then one garage are separated it may be due to the poor ground quality I really don't know! it may have to do with the weight of the house, and the load barring stress of having a huge void were the garage is? and it needs a load barring wall in the middle?

3 acres there is a mountain about 1/2 a mile in front of my house and a glacier feed river about 100 feet off my back deck the view is incredible!!
