Full Throttle HB Problems!!!!!!!
Re: Full Throttle HB Problems!!!!!!!
How long after you bolted it together before you ran on here to waste some bandwith? Obviously there is air in the system you jackass. Go read the directions that Bill from FTI made. I even read them all and I don't even have this product. I guarentee you didnt follow the directions to a T like you should.
You make noobs to stunting look bad. Its not all about having all the cool parts that makes you good. You can have every dope part on your bike and your still guna suck and have lame pics in your avatar. You probably have little to no foot brake control as it is, all your guna do with a handbrake is probably hurt yourself.
Nothing against buying it but you should have kept it on the shelf til you were ready for it. Now your just a poser.
I wanted a brake and a bar last year but bought neither because of recomendations from good riders on here. Try actually listening to what others have to say to you, not only the info you WANT to hear from them.
And PLEASE for the love of god DO NOT make a thread with your opinion of this product and its pros and cons cuz your opinion means jack ****!!

Ya i cracked the bleeders on the hb master cylinder and on the rear and bled the lines (theres like tiny lil air bubbles in the brake fluid when it was oozing out....this isn't good is it?) . I adjusted the brake lever and the cable according to Bill d's instructions. When i was done the rear brake worked fine and the handbrake worked fine too. And my hb didnt loose pressure like before.
I guerrentee theres more air in the system because when i pull in the lever it doesn't have pressure right away until a half inch then i start to feel the pressure. But the handbrake def. works good, i just got to pull it in more than i do my front brake lever.
I have a Question for you professional Bleeders out there!!
- When your bleeding a line, (holding the end with your two fingers) after you done, when you take your fingers off....does air go right back into the line?
For those who have the full throttle hb!
-Bill d. said in the instructions that the "thing" on the bottom of the hb. master cylinder has to be in its home position when the brake lever is all the way out, but also said you dont want any slack in the brake cable. Well i tightened the brake cable while keeping pressure in the master cylinder, That "Thing" raises up out of its home position. Im pretty sure getting the rest of the air out of the system will fix this, but what do you think.
Other than all that, the full throttle hb is sick!:YEAH

ARE YOU QUESTIONING BILL D?!?!?!
2 fingers holding the line?
you're fired. i got a nifty hb kit that i don't need, i like to look at it on my shelf thinking about the day i may finally have a need for it, so why do u have one?
im no professional bleeder cus pro bleeders make $200 a day and only do 6 a week whilst getting paid for 5 and only working 2 a total of 4 hours and 3 1/2 of them are spent getting coffee. you wanna use pro tactics though get a vac bleeder, better yet get a air powered vac bleeder so u can reuse the fluid n pimp it out the first time... just like the professional bleeders do!

I'm not on here much, because when I am I'm compelled to read everything and post, neither of which gets the back orders out any sooner. Today, however, I've got a few minutes as everything is out to anodizing.
So what's going on Trick Show, have questions? I'll bet I can answer them if you give me a shot at it. Call toll-free any time you like at 877-785-7282. During normal business hours myself or someone else in the shop or the office will gladly take your call, outside of normal hours the calls are forwarded to the phone in my pocket. I also return e-mails within a day.
