It could be a side event just like they have for last man standing etc

sounds fun and scary.....
what will the prize be for the guys who get whacked by some throttle hungry fool that "washes his tire out" and breaks somebodys leg or bike.

i'm working on it. the hard part is going left back to lefe or right back to right it can be done it sucks setting up cones though and trying to set yourself up for the next corner is tough while spinning the tire and readying yourself to hit the rear brake. its a bitch but fun as hell

Re: Drifting in The Comps????

here's the thing, drifting as a stand alone trick is no good bc not enough people can actually drift in an entertaining and wide manner, as in a course with cones. secondly, if you are going to drift, in a comp it should never be a stand along trick, it is better served as a link between tricks; and the best riders can drift without really setting up for it, if that makes sense.

tertiary (thats your latin lesson for the day), i would win. that's really the important thing to consider! lol

Re: Drifting in The Comps????

lol

javon and i usually have a sick course setup at the spot and we are usually the only ones who can rip the whole course. consists only of a 180 degree right drift, limiter to 90 degree right drift quickly to a left hand drift coming all the way back across the track into the first right, you gotta grab second in a power wheelie and then quickly back down to first for the sick back in!!!

damn, i'm getting hyped just thinking about how much fun it is!!! the bimmer can handle the course too!

the tuck and roll always works. that should be the first stunt everyone learns before the even bother with learning the foot brake it will save you from major injuries more often than not.:YEAH

I would watch the whole section if it were a separate portion in a competition.

Re: Drifting in The Comps????

the real question is how long can you sustain a drift between 12 grand and the revlimiter in first? He who holds the longest wins!!!!

I know who MY money is on!!!! lol
