They WILL touch... and the delrin dosen't do much if you pancake it at just the right angle.

I'd HIGHLY suggest you cut them down just by a little bit... cause w/ the stronger billet rearsets, if you get that right angle, you have the possibility of snapping off the rearset mounts on the frame.... no good.

most masters people are using were designed to work with 2 of those calipers.

So if you use a radial, your good. Cause radials are ment to push more pistons.
But if you use a brembo your worse..?? Cause now your pushing two extra pistons. Instead of the regular one.?
I think i just hurt my head..lol

Re: Hohey

well if you think about it a radial master was mad to push a set of 8 pistons,, this uses 1/2 of that,,,, a 16/18 is ment to push 2 or so,,,,,, so it would be better than a stock master,,,,

iv used the same 16/18 master on both, FT adapter, and the streetfighter dual,,, and the dual has almost twice the feel as the stock rear caliper,,, and i can still lock it up 1 finger with no problem,,,,,

im not using math/numbers to come up with this just using one setup, and then the other,,, in a 24 hour time frame,,,,,,,,

Re: Hohey

also have you ever rode a drag bike or custom bike that only had one front disk/caliper,,, the master has almost no feel to it,,its hard as a rock, it pushing twice the fluid than it needs,,

Learn How to Modify the 4 piston brake pad

This set-up is currently used
on the www.StreetFighterz.com stunt bikes.
This design will require the modification of
your 4 piston brake pads. Due to the diameter of the
rear wheel rotor no 4 piston caliper will fit completely on the rear
rotor wear pattern so we recommend you trim your pads. The
following front right Honda 4 piston brake calipers
that will fit this bracket are the Honda F4, F4i, 929, 954 and
98-99 CBR 900's.

Right on bro. But what about a 1000RR front brake caliper? I got a buddy of mine who's got one he'll sell me for $25, but want to know if it will work....

makes cents. have you tried just the dual caliper setup w/ 2piston vs street4? That would be the real test. 16/18 w/ 2piston vs 16/18 w/ 4piston also maybe radial w/ 4piston....
