Ho Hey is the man! I got HoHey dual Caliper brackets on all three of my stunt bikes, two of which I am about to install new hohey rearsets....His delivery is so quick you even think about a bracket and its already at the door...JK but just as well. I am excited to get the rearsets on. So far I have had nothing but pain free, hassle free installation and use of dual calipers for a FB & HB. Never had any experience with any of the dual caliper setups dragging....which means his brackets are perfect laser cut so the calipers sit in line with one another. The Dual caliper bracket I took off the bike I got that used to be Mana's was all jacked. One caliper was totally dragging. ONce I figured out something was seriously wrong and looked closer I realized I had some home made welded dual caliper bracket....once I took it off and saw I just could only laugh..it was a quarter inch flat steel plate welded to the stock bracket...lol

Re: Hohey

i should be testing the 4 piston caliper for the 636 this weekend. the good thing about the 4 piston for the 636 is that jorge is making a seperate little bracket that attaches to his original bracket. so 636 hoheydesign DC bracket owners will have a cheap and easy upgrade to the 4 piston.

i will let everyone know how it turns out.

and as far as the wear on the pads, run your pads for about a week so that you can see the contact points on the pads, take them off and grind down where its not hitting the rotor.

Re: Hohey

I'm too lazy to grind that spot down....I'm just gonna wait til they're almost touching like said before, and swap em out. When they're almost touching they should be close to replacement time anyways.....fresh Honda OEM pads are always a good thing to keep in ur tool bag! Only difference now is I carry an extra front set instead of an extra rear set of pads like when I had the regular dual caliper bracket...same price for pads here too.

Re: Hohey

good to have strong rear sets but if they are so strong then the right impact or enough abuse in the right spot could brake your frame....true

no not really, thats why you run stock pegs so they break off and absorb all the impact...however the statment you made would be true if you were talking about passenger rear sets, but HoHey does not produce those...in that case you would be worried about the subframe and not the frame

now how could that make any sense??? I think with the right hit it could break..... The chances are slim... But why would it happen to the subframe but not the frame?
