you can buy precision ground hardened and tempered tools steel sleeves from a injection mould supplier for very low cost . cut them to lenght , you would need to find someone with a surface grinder to finish grind the ends of them (not a big job). i'm pretty confident you could then turn and flame hardened then polish(ideally grind but who ever said life is ideal) a silver steel piston to fit .

awsome work.

how hard is it to remove the insert to change it? you said it was glued in place.


this is exactly why i just run a 14mm 900rr master cylinder. works perfect with tons of pressure.
