f*cking rediculous florida law

I'm all for intellegent points and conversation but before you start
out information you have no CLUE about and speaking of College Education and intelligence at 18 Years old, take a step back because you are talking out of your
.....Stay in school and take a political science calss or US Government class, research the 3 Branches of Government and TRY
, to understand their roles....then tell me when a COP ever makes LAW???? Or even which Branch of Government he/she falls under???Which Branch of Government actually makes/passes NEW LAW???
Go to www.fl.senate.gov and research your statements before making an
out of yourself.....The reckless driving law in Fl...has NOT changed!
Wheelies are ILLEGAL, Excessive Speed is Illegal (30+) has been in place for years (Reckless).....The police have ALWAYS had the option to impound bikes so on and so fourth....nothing NEW!
I never ******* said cops make laws jackass. I would hope that thats common knowledge. I have taken a law class and i know who makes laws. My exact words were, "Its your word against his. Your word against some ******** in a dead end job that probably has no college education and a shitty highschool one. You lose." thanks for twisting my words though
As far as what Scott said, i have no problem keeping it off the streets as long as I have a place to go. Around here, we dont. I have a buddy that doesnt ride anymore after getting busted a few times. Its a shame to, cause he was really ******* good, hes the one who got me started a while back. The first time he was in a secluded parking lot about half a mile off the main highway out in the middle of nowhere. A state trooper was on that highway just dicking around clocking cars. He heard them and came to investigate. Found them after about half an hour later. Wrote all of them with a helmet reckless tickets. My buddy went to court and got a 200dollar fine and a couple points. Thats under the old law. Under the new law, the cop would have been REQUIRED to arrest him and impound his bike. He would have suspended his license and taken away his motorcycle privlages. I know the old law gave cops the OPTION to arrest and impound. Thats the difference
So frankieG, next time you decide to dog me out, read what i said.... then read it again, get your **** strait... then shut the **** up while your ahead cause your an idiot

i wheelied past one the other day and all he did was tap knuckles.
if you do get busted, just show respect and they'll typically drop it.
other wise call my lawyer. he can get anybody out of anything. hes ******* crazy!
