Re: 05 636 hb mod

i put a hand brake on my o7 gsxr and it doesnt lock up the rear tire. a way to keep it from locking up is actualy keep a little air in the handbrake, that way theres some spongeness and wont lock up the rear tire.

why would you want it not to lock up?

maybe thats why u guys like , though he was complaining about what his friends gsxr did.

lczx6r- depending what u run is how hard it is. i just run a banjo bolt and a brembo hand brake, it takes like 30mins to get it all set up and run, actauly realy easy.

Re: 05 636 hb mod

ya, search is working now.

TONS of handbrake threads. pick a master, get an adapter.

wait, why are you asking this? if your friend has one on his bike just go get his *** to help you. it's easier than having a 6 page discussion trying to explain it over the internet.

cause i dont think he did his right! he cant keep his from locking up his tire..... ill tell him to try and leave sum air in his lines... if you look at the facts it should work cause the air keeps your brakes from functionin properly.... and my question was what hand brake will be the best investment for the 05 636 and how hard it actually was to put on.... now with all the gsxr, and hate talk i just read i think i actually got sum helpful info after all....

that is true.... but i know that it is agood thing that it locks his back tire but he still hasnt tried to drag his bar let alone 12 it.... he uses his hb for his spreaders and highchairs..... and it would suck to lock the rear tire on a highchair and slammin down.....
