contact better business. so you let them know you've already preparred documentation and photos in order to handle your case appropriately. as a 929 rim was listed a 954 or 1000rr pick and chose option should not have even been offered.
as per ebay's agreement, by them selling and you buying the item you both have entered into a binding contract with eachother, you to pay for the item listed and fr them to send you in return the item listed and described.

i tried that before BBB will only **** up the good stuff on ebay because ebay is a medium for INDEPENDANT sellers...
So in no way would an independant 3rd party be affiliated with the bbb. Go on BBB and type in an ebay seller name. Unless its also a physical shop or online store thats registered, all BBB can do is post your report as a warning on the webpage.
All homeboy would have to do is re register on ebay.

Let me guess, the bike was something new and bad *** with a $3K buy it now, the bike and owner were overseas now and you sent the money to a phony escrow service and fucked yourself.

You need to file with your local DA it's consider a felony to comit a crime over state lines at that amount of money. Saw it on the news woman paid like a grand for a digital camera from another woman she never got anything. She filed a claim with the local DA, got in contact with the other states DA and she got 3 seperate checks from the other party. If you have the persons name and address you can file a claim.

I hope this isnt the auction you are talking about because you can easily see the dent in the pic. Why would anyone bid on that, but then again he lied saying there are no dents when there is. You should be able to get your money back. Next time look at the pics.
