Re: 636 easy pull clutch

actually, I found the correct lever to match the master that I have. And it is sometimes a full stream and sometimes intermittent............

.......f'd up, sounds like I'm getting ready for a prostate exam. lol

Re: 636 easy pull clutch

well if it is not a full blast every time then there is some thing restricting the flow of fluid .....

im not saying that what i am about to describe is your problem it's more food for thought...

i took a radial master apart before and there was a little peice of **** in the hole that lets the fluid from the res to the piston it didn't totally block the hole but gave me nightmares when it came to bleeding the system...

maybe if you push the piston in on the caliper it will dislodge any crap in that hole and then see if you don't get a steady flow every pump...

if this works then you need to clean that master out really good

Re: 636 easy pull clutch

Ya know it couldv'e sucked something up from that old line, I dunno. I think that tomorrow, I will give it a dozen or so more tries just to make sure, and if not. then I will take it all back apart, clean the masters, flush the line out(as good as I can) and start over again.

If it is one thing that I have it is drive to keep trying, I thiink that will help out alot with this sport...

Thanks rog, have a good night. Oh yea, I'll try and remember to post up a pic of that old lathe for you too.

yea i think mike m did it on his f4i but check for clearance first i don't think you can extend it quite as far as the 636....

works perfect on F4is', we did it on mine and I even got an MSR pro raptor also and its the best clutch I've felt so far!:YEAH

doesn't work on my 600RR unfortunately tho(do have an MSRT raptor on it too)
everytime I jump on my RR when I've been riding my F4i I feel like the clutch is insanely hard, but if I get on a non-stunt bike the clutch REALLY feels hard!

with an angle up on the lever and maybe some fab work on the cable holder it could be done on the 600rr

if you can find a somewhat realistic way of doing it on the RR, I wanna see it so I can copy it. That, and the overly compactness of the bike are my only 2 complaints with it!
the bike is so well set up now it endoes without effort and loves coasters too, just the clutch gets a lil tiring

Re: 636 easy pull clutch

i got an easy fix for the bike being cramped......lol prepare for shamless plug

this is a 636 but the 600 rr subcage has the pegs moved down back and out about two inches and i also rotate the pegs on there axis so they don't fold up during combo's and this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg .....

-omr- subcage $175 shipped

damn.....that was shameless!

I'm running a cheater peg on the left side for the RR so its not cramped there.....but it is cramped fromt he clip-ons to the tank dent, and from the clipons to the ledge between the front and rear seat. I can't do seatstanders on the bike it feels so cramped, but I can do em easy on my F4i.
