you might be able to fix it with that exaust repair stuff they sell at auto zone. Looks like a fiberglass wrap, with a tube of a fixative on it. I used that and JB weld on my dirtbike, and it worked great... even with the heat from the header

Yea, you said it was just a little hole right? At autozone they sell this exaust system repair stuff... Get one of the kits with the flexible metal patch kit, and the one with the wrap, and you might be able to toss it togeather

mehh, i took that **** off...no way i'm putting it back on unless i hav to. but thx for the tip, i'll keep in mind.

p.s. taking off the can didn't solve the scraping problem....last night, i scraped the **** outta my headers on my last landing....no more ramps for me.

bump an oldie here.....

finally puttin my bike bak together, n im doin this. can the "fresh air" side of the T fitting just be left open so all i have to do is put the gastank breather into it the T and then into the sensor??

because you have to smog cars every couple or few years (im not exactly sure how often, bt I know there is NO Way my car would pass)
