it's a 600 not a 636 so did you think it would have as much power as a 636?

kane looks like he is doing alright on his ,just get use to it for a while.....

 

it has more power than the 636 just not as much low rpm grunt, least it doesnt feel like it.

+1 thats true it stoppies with no effort!!! and stays pretty str8!! but i just got back and i did 4 0's in a row no problem but it just doesnt feel right!!! my body positioning on the 04 felt way better!!! my arms get tired much faster...and like i said doing those circles just felt like they were bearly caring around like no ***** in the bike!!!!

 

trade it for the new 600rr they seem to be good

i have an fi cage on my 03 636 and it protects just fine. i also just got the 07 cbr 600rr and it feels pretty balanced. i will prob. be stunting the rr next year

EXACTLY!!! kane had 54 in the back and said wasnt enough soo thats why i went 60 and its a lil twitchy but not bad by any means!!! i just dont like the all around feel of it!!! ITS MEANT FOR THE TRACK PERIOD.

 

05 and 06 are exactly the same bike. the only changes are the paint colors, every other part has the same part number. the difference is just the slight variation in bikes when you dyno. same bikes off the same assembly line can vary as much as 5%....that's about 7hp difference on a 120hp bike.

also, the 636 has more displacement, more displacement means more low end over a 599cc bike. put that 6rr from 06 up to the 07 and it'll probably be a lot closer to the low end.

 

i got a buddie that runs f4i motors in his circle track car and he bores them out to 636. he says it makes a huge difference in the torque and the only thing they have done to the engines that would show positive results on the dyno. they did all kinds of crazy head work and different cams and actually lost power because the bike companys have the heads down to a science. boring them out is the only way to get significantly more power if your going natually aspirated. i know its not the same company but i thought i would shar.

I dunno i'm not stunting mine but i put a two brothers slip on on there and first gear fcukin blows, it's like there's a delay in the throttle response. But i already know that i'll probably go down 1 tooth on the front sprocket or just buy a power commander. I just don't think it has more power than my 03 636

im running 60 on the rear of my new 07 and im lovin it! compared to doing 0's on my 04 zx10 the throttle response is like butter.07 zx6's rock!
