Someone requested to have their stay powder coated black, so since it cost me the same amount to powder one as it does for a couple I had all the stays I had left done....So for anyone interested Im offering these last 3 stays for the same price as raw, in gloss black powder coat....

1 f4i and 2 636 stays left...

Im stuck half way through the design stage of my 954 stay, I have a bike here to build it off of but the owner cut the lowers for street fighter.....So I am unable to complete the design without stock lowers That is my problem! Getting bikes to build the prototypes off of.....Almost had a 05/06 636 then found out the frame was tucked and useless to me....Wish I could make one for evey bike but getting bikes is very hrad for me...

Ive been askin the same question! If I could get my hands on one Id have it done in a weeks time....Problem is there are maybe 10 stunters in my city and none stunt a 04/05.....Someone offered to lend me a 03/04 1000 but I dont think those use the same stay?

Sorry I dont make nearly enough money of these to go out and buy or even rent these bikes to prototype new stays....

I think my coater stocks pink but I doubt I can find someone to lend me their minty 07 when I cant even get an 05/06....

If i donated my 954 how long does it take to build, I need it back a week b4 bike week... Also is it gonna be stronger than the 905 stay, cuz i have that now, and hate it.. it bends too easily

 

what if I had a welder here in town fab something up out of cheap steel or something than sent that to ya to use as a jig. could ya make one up then?

I could try but I dont use any jigs the way I design them, I design them in CAD and the parts fit together like a puzzle. That way there is no need for a jig and they are all 100% the same, and theres no chance of them not fitting properly..

If you have someone able to design and make one for you out of steel, could they not just make it out of aluminum?
