Johnny P< can you give me a guesstimation on a stuntstay for an '03 gixxer 600?

 

man i am begging...lol make me one for an 06 636...lol id hate to have to buy the 905 one.... as soon as u get the bike in there to make it tell me..ill send the money that day..lol no chance in having it before bike week would ya?

if i send you a brand new stock 07 zx6r ram air tube/fairring stay....

could u duplicate it in aluminum (x2) and moreso... could u duplicate it to my specs if i sent you them....

IE: changed mirror mounting points... for example...

I wish it was that simple, because a lot of people are offering to send me OEM stays, uppers and headlights. Its not that easy though because I can get 90% of the design off those parts but cant get the frame mounting points from them...I could try but how will I know I got it right? When I have no bike here to test fit it on....

You see what I do is remove the OEM stay and fill in the blank....Each piece is changed about 20+ times before I get it exactly right, thats why I use wood for the design stage and only have them water jet cut out of aluminum when I get everything the way I want it. Then I send my CAD files for each part to my machinest and they nset and cut them out of a sheet of aluminum instead of wood...

Johnny p I'am just start to repaint my new stunter and have broke the stay on it a couple of time and need a new one, I got a 04 636 can you send me pict and price and contact number to possibly order one from ya.

Do ya make stronger one for a 954 that ones broke also 230 lbs doing highchair stoppies

got my stay from ya johnnyP, looks and fits GREAT!

only question I have.. is how do you mount the speedo? It fits through the holes for it.. but.. then what? LOL. Might have to rig somethin up.

i have all the parts you need for the r6 bro if i send em to you will you make it....i know you said you have the r6 just no stock upper or headlights
let me know i need a front stay bad my stock one broke

 

Use your OEM rubber gromets, with those it mounts just like stock......

 

1 left it was sold but I never recieved the money so its up for grabs..
