Ive been askin the same question! If I could get my hands on one Id have it done in a weeks time....Problem is there are maybe 10 stunters in my city and none stunt a 04/05.....Someone offered to lend me a 03/04 1000 but I dont think those use the same stay?
Sorry I dont make nearly enough money of these to go out and buy or even rent these bikes to prototype new stays....

I could try but I dont use any jigs the way I design them, I design them in CAD and the parts fit together like a puzzle. That way there is no need for a jig and they are all 100% the same, and theres no chance of them not fitting properly..
If you have someone able to design and make one for you out of steel, could they not just make it out of aluminum?

1 636 stay left, please PM me if your interested......If more people want them I will make more....I have enough parts for 5 more 636 stays and 3 F4i stays, after those Im not sure if I'll be makin anymore as Id have to invest another 2grand or so in material and water jetting...So if you want one dont slack or youll miss out...

Got my JohnnyP f4i stay in the mail today.... all I can say is..... WOW.
The pics on here really don't do it justice... this thing is ****** BEEF. The welds are absolutley AMAZING and it fit's utterly ******* PERFECT.
I really can't give enough props to Johnny... I am a serious perfectionist and probably borderline OCD when it comes to my pretty street stunter... and this is just about the trickest looking part on my bike... it's a close second to the Ho Hey dual bracket
IMO it is worth every last penny spent on it. Thanks very much

E-DUB OM- Thats crazy your still using the OEM stay! I didnt even bother with the OEM stay, as soon as I bought the bike I sold the plastic part on Ebay. And I bought a 905 stay
I got burned for $250 and got some scrap metal that was welded by someone in high school shop class then spay bombed...But hey I can thank them for forcing me to design and produce my own...Anyways your on a whole other level then me when it comes to stunting, but Im sure you crash sometimes too. So if your ever interested let me know, I notice your upper is cut different then most and Id be willing to make a custom E-DUB edition stay to match how you have your upper cut if you want(mine is also different then the ones I sell).
PS did you get a chance to have a look at Aaron Coltons at SW?
