^I'm pretty sure that he uses 6061 aluminum for all the stays.

 

And they are assembled like a puzzle so they are the exact same everytime.

 

Yes they are all made of 1/4 6061 and 3/4 thick wall tube, I could go thinner to save weight but the 636 one is already pretty light. F4i is a little heavier because I had to go under the headlight...

Ive been really busy with work latley but pretty soon Im going to make more F4i and 636 stays, and I also have a 600RR commin in and I can get a 03+ R6 after that. So Ill be designing stays for those, and hopefully I'll have some ready for spring....
